Delta Dawn When That Light Comes On

“They overcame by the Blood of the Lamb, the word of their testimony and they did not cling to their old lives.” Revelation 12:11 

  Kingdom Plenty is accessed by prayer, but merging into debt freedom requires understanding how God’s Kingdom works.  It is a cycle of sowing, reaping, giving, receiving.   God is the Giver.  We, His designated receivers! Matthew 6:33 “Seek ye, first, the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things (whatever you need/desire) will be added unto you”.  His ‘hot-shot’ is right on your numbers!

  Getting the money right gets everything else right.  Matthew 6:24: “No one can serve two masters, for he will either hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to one and despise (ignore) the other.  You cannot serve God and mammon.”  Honoring the Lord with one’s money is the first, and most crucial, step to debt freedom.  Money is the lowest form of power, but not a power to neglect.

  Tithes belong to God.  10% (tithe) of your gross income.  Tithes are invested in the ministry where your spirit is fed truth, life and joy. This willing obedience evokes Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, to release blessing, favor and fullness.  Isaiah 1:19 “If you are willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land.”  Tithing assures that we do not rob God (Malachi 3:8-12), nor ‘mock’ Him (Galatians 6:7) and guarantees a harvest of His greatest GOOD!  Mark 4:20

  One Grandpa called on ‘the God of the Tithe’ when his grand-daughter drowned in the family pool.  The EMTs saw time was running out.  She must breathe.  Her father jumped astride his 7-year-old and shouted, “Satan, you cannot steal my child!  I am a tither and a giver!   My covenant with God is not compromised!  Let my baby go, in the Name of Jesus!”  The little girl sneezed and sat up.

  EMTs transported her for surveillance.  Grandpa arrived just as she stepped from the ambulance, “Are you okay?” he asked.  “Oh, yes, Grandpa,” was the answer, “but my mom is a wreck.”  Grandpa recently officiated at a gala wedding for her.

  Witnesses abound of a God Who keeps Covenant established on the tithe and the Blood of Jesus.  Deuteronomy 28:7 declares: “The Lord will cause your enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before your face (while you watch).  They shall come against you one way and flee before you seven ways.” 

  “Therefore, submit to God (humble yourself under His mighty Hand).” James 4:7: “Resist the devil and he will flee (run terrified) from you.” I Peter 5:5-7.
