Mind Reading Meets Comedy in Oct. 27 Performance

Comedy mind reader Eric Dittelman will appear at the Sidney High School Performing Arts Center 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, in a show which promises to reveal your thoughts, influence your decisions and make you laugh while leaving your jaw dropped in amazement.

Dittelman is appearing as part of the High Plains Arts Council’s 2022-2023 season. Tickets are $13 for adults, $7 for seniors, $5 for students, including WNCC. Tickets are available at the door.

Eric Dittelman grew up in Westboro, Mass., where he quickly become interested in improv and all things comedy. He studied improv with The Upright Citizens Brigade, ImprovBoston, and The Second City, developing a unique blend of mind reading with stand-up and improv comedy.

In 2012, Dittelman blew audiences away when he appeared as the first ever mind reader on NBC's America's Got Talent where he was a season 7 Top Ten finalist and a judges' favorite.

He has since appear on Live with Kelly & Ryan, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Penn & Teller: Fool Us where Penn called Dittelman’s act “bordering on genius.”

Dittelman has also been featured in Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, and The National Enquirer, and in 2018, he made his Broadway debut performing with “The Illusionists.”
