Pushing More Buttons

Power hungry politicos are using "climate change" to scare you out of your wits and make you willing to bow down to their power grab over your life. They believe that we must allow them to do what they want or the world is doomed.

Let's look at a couple of the tools they claim will help solve the climate crisis. There really is no crisis, but we'll look at that another time. The major item in their tool box is wind power and battery-powered vehicles.

Having lived in various locations in this great American nation, I've experienced an extremely wide variety of weather environments. They include 70 below zero temps, 110 above, 80 to 100 mph wind storms, 16 ft. of snowfall in one storm, 18 feet of flood water, range fires, lighting storms you wouldn't believe, and lots more. So I think I'm about as qualified as anyone to discuss climate change.

Climate change is real and has been since the universe was created. God created it that way, whether you believe it or not. Areas all over the world have experienced changes in climate over the centuries. The proof of this is available in every archeological dig around the world. I wish the climate change gurus would explain how humans were responsible for the ice ages, the extermination of various animal species, etc., when humans were supposedly not in existence! You can't have it both ways.

Now explain to me how wind generated electricity will prevent climate change. After Dorothy and I recently drove through the midwest to the California coast and back I've seen hundreds and hundreds of windmill powered electrical generators. We saw piles and piles of broken windmill blades and towers all over California, Nevada and elsewhere. Connecting all these windmills are hundreds and hundreds of power lines and poles obstructing the view and adding to the piles of worn out junk. Worse still is the damage these mills are doing to eagles and other birds that are being killed by the blades on these abominable machines.

Oh! But we can change our transportation systems to battery power. Unfortunately, batteries can only be recharged a certain number of times before they can no longer provide useful levels of energy. These batteries contain extremely poisonous elements, also known as rare earth metals. No one is recycling the batteries. Like the wind generators, batteries are being piled up helter-skelter. What will happen when they deteriorate and add their pollutants to the environment? No one wants to talk about that.

Consider this: it is the Communist Chinese and their fellow travelers that are getting rich off our environmental phobia. And, they have absolutely no hesitation to add untold tons of pollutants to the atmosphere and waters. Hmmm...

Biden and Co. has made America extremely indefensible because of our growing reliance on Red Chinese industries. Americans need to wake up and demand that we become self reliant once again. We have the resources needed to produce all the energy we need, and then some. Relying on a Communist regime is the height of stupidity, among other things.

Guess I better get my bag packed as I wait for the FBI to come knocking on my door.
