A group of Sidney High School students traveled to the east coast to visit some of the country's most prominent cities and get a close up look at the history of the United States. Led by History teacher Scot Anderson, the students traveled to to the Boston area and visited the battlefields of Lexington and Concord, then on to New York City for a few days, checking out Grand Central Station, Central Park and Strawberry Fields among other notable sites. It was then on to Philadelphia where they visited Constitution Hall, the Liberty Bell and the students got to do their best "Rocky" impersonation and jog up the steps to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. They then went on to Washington D.C. to visit many historic sites and monuments as part of their trip
