The Cheyenne County Lawyers’ Association is pleased to announce the winner of the scholarship they will be awarding to a deserving Cheyenne County area senior in the amount of $1,500.00 per scholarship. The scholarship winner is Siona Kshirsagar, a senior at Sidney High School. Chloe Ahrens, a senior at Sidney High School, is the runner-up for the scholarship.
