The morning of Friday, August 2nd, began Sidney Raider Nation's cross country season with the fourth annual Raider Run consisting of a youth 3k (1.8 miles) and an intermediate/adult 5k run (3.1 miles). Capping off the finish of the early morning run was a cup of cold chocolate milk for each competitor, a staple and "swear by" of longtime Coach, Donna Wiedeburg.
