The Holidays are a magical time for most; a space of dreams, wishes and activities designed to fill the time before jolly old Santa makes an appearance.
However, for children and adults with sensory sensitivities or autism, the hustle and bustle of the season can seem overwhelming. From crowded holiday events to unfamiliar routines, the Christmas season can contribute to sensory overload and feel too much to handle.
