SIDNEY--Although the temperature turned chilly as the sun went down on Friday, December 6, 2024, the activity in the downtown area of Sidney heated up with the opening of Hickory Square's Holiday event and the annual Christmas Parade on Jackson Street.
The Parade started at 6 pm and a good number of floats passed by the assembled onlookers who cheered each passing display.
