Paul Beyer Awarded 4-H Council Scholarship

The Cheyenne County 4-H Council is proud to announce that Paul Beyer is the recipient of the 2013 4-H Council Scholarship.

Paul is an 11-year member of 4-H and has served as president of the Junior Leaders and Bunker Hillbillies 4-H Clubs.

Paul is a senior at Sidney High School and is the son of Mike and Melinda Beyer of Sidney.

Paul plans to study theology at St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
