Burglary case involving Richmond continued to March 2

The case against a Sidney woman charged with 21 counts of burglary continues to makes its way through the courts.

Mindy Richmond is the woman charged with committing a string of burglaries in Cheyenne County in 2014-15. She was arrested June 11, 2015. Richmond's lawyer, James Korth, appeared via telephone in Tuesday's status hearing and said there are "a substantial amount of discoveries." He also stated that there are preliminary talks of a plea deal. Korth asked for a continuance.
