The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on April 12, 2016 before the Honorable Derek Weimer:

Adrian Young, 34 of Sidney, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of Possession of Meth. A class IV felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled no contest to an amended charge of Attempted Possession of Meth. A class I misdemeanor. He received a $1,000 fine.

Carlos Lucero, 33 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Hash. A class IV Felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled no contest to an amended charge of Attempted Possession of Hash. A class I misdemeanor. He received 18 months probation.

Lucas Matsuda, 20 of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, appeared telephonically for a status hearing on charges of Criminal Possession of Forged Instruments. A class IV Felony. Status hearing continued to May 10 at 9:30 a.m.

John Albertson, 56 of Oshkosh, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Meth. A class IV felony. He pled not guilty. Status hearing set for May 4 at 9:30 a.m.

John Anderson, 28 of Sidney, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of Felon in Possession of a Deadly Weapon and Possession of Hash. A class III and IV felony, respectively. Status hearing continued to June 1 at 9:30 a.m.

Chad Hargrove, 29 of Lawnrenceburg, Ind., appeared telephonically for a status hearing on a charge of Possession of Hash with Intent. A class IIA felony and Possession of Hash, a class IV felony. Status hearing set for June 14 at 1:30 p.m.

Brittney Agena, 24 of Scottsbluff, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Hash. A class IV felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement she pled guilty to an amended charge of Attempted Possession of Hash. A class I misdemeanor. She received a $750 fine.
