Cabela's announces annual shareholders meeting in SEC filing

In a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filling Thursday, Cabela’s announced it’s long awaited, annual shareholders meeting.

The company announced its shareholders meeting will be held Tuesday, December 13, at 8 a.m. at the Cabela’s corporate headquarters in Sidney. Usually held in May or June, the meeting was delayed after a large portion of the company’s shares were purchased by an investment group, Elliot Associates, which sought significant changes in the company’s operations.
