John “Jack” J. Carusa, of O’Fallon, MO, died on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at the age of 92. Loving husband of the late Frances L. Carusa; beloved son of the late James and Mildred Carusa; devoted father of James (Sandra) Carusa, Mary (James) Martin, and Barbara (Roger) Verhulst; cherished grandfather of Jason Carusa, Jack Carusa, Anthony (Erin) Carusa, Alyssa Garavaglia, Elisabeth Martin, Daniel Martin, Madison Verhulst, Mitchell Verhulst and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Anthony W. Carusa, grandson, Nicholas G. Carusa, and brother, Richard Carusa.
