Peetz bulldogs win homecoming 49-8

Peetz High School No. 3 Logan Sircy draws in the ball as he approaches the endzone during Saturday's homecoming game against Briggsdale. Peetz defeated Briggsdale 49-8. Sircy finished the game with 156 offensive yards; seven rushing and 149 receiving, earning eight points.

The day was warm with a touch of breeze, just enough to remind everyone they were perched on the Peetz plateau. The weather was supportive of the community and homecoming celebration. Children were throwing the ball just outside of the endzone. Younger children were excited by the action on the field, challenging a parent's firm grip of safety. On the field, the Peetz Bulldogs were giving their supporters are reason for homecoming pride as they added another mark to the win column, defeating Briggsdale High School 49-8.
