Panhandle Senior Women's Golf Hosts First Tourney

The Panhandle Women’s Golf Association hosted its first tournament of the 2019 season on Saturday at Riverview Golf Course in Sterling, Colo. The weather was perfect as 59 ladies competed for cash and gift certificates in the event.

At the end of the tournament, first place went to the team of Sandy Huckfeldt, Terry Espinoza, Julie Eaton and Patty Yanaga with a score of 73/59.10 net. The runners up were the team of Peggy Eberspecher, Penny Yekel, Dee Vogel and Jane Holechek with a score of 75/59.35 net.
