"Paws 4 Paws" Project Commemorates 10 Years of Caring

What started ten years ago as a way to help the pets of families in financial distress has become a mission and a labor of love for Nebraskans Becky Hale and Steve Morgheim. "Skipper's Cupboard" is celebrating its tenth year in operation with "Paws 4 Paws", where local panhandle artists have joined together to create special art to help benefit the pet charity.
