Potter-Dix's Lady Coyote basketball team has a new head coach in Garrett Stricklin, and it will take some time for the team to revamp and get some wins.
The Lady Coyotes hosted Creek Valley on Thursday, and after playing the Lady Storm tight for the first few minutes, Creek Valley was able to take advantage of Potter-Dix turnovers and opened an 18-to-6 lead at the end of the first quarter.
But the Lady Strom's defense proved too tough for the Lady Coyotes, limiting the girls to single digit scores in each quarter, and the Potter-Dix squad came out on the wrong end of a 42-to-23 final score...
