The Sidney City Council on Tuesday, March 24, approved moving ahead with a Community Development Block Grant that will benefit the Elks Lodge restoration project.
The grant is for $415,000. The project would focus on restoration, rehabilitation and preservation of the Sidney Elks
"This is regarding the redevelopment of the Elks Lodge," Sidney Economic Development Director Melissa Norgard said via video conference.
