Duane R. Smith, age 83, of Sidney, NE, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2020, in Kimball, NE. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at a later date. Cremation has been held. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Cheyenne County Community Center in support of the senior programs.
