Raiders Out-Matched by Cozad, 47-0

Sidney’s Red Raider Football team righted themselves last week with a gritty 27-to-18 win over Chase County, but the visiting Cozad Haymakers showed their power with a convincing 47-to-0 rout over the Raiders at Weymouth field on Friday.

The Sidney squad kicked off and started on defense, and was able to shut down the Cozad offense that entered the game winning their first two games by a combined score of 78-to-7.
