Rex Havens brought his comedy show to the Sidney High School Performing Arts Center Saturday. His multi-media presentation "Women and Children First!" brought a comical view of relationships between husbands and wives, parents and children and everyday life. The performance is part of the High Plains Arts Council concert series.
