A Sidney man was transported to Sidney Regional Medical Center after the truck-trailer he was driving went off the road between Pole Creek Crossing and Old Post Road. Gary Narjes, 71, of Sidney, was driving a 1989 International truck south on Link 17J when he experienced a medical emergency, causing him to lose consciousness, resulting in the truck he was driving leaving the right side of the road. The truck collided with a reflector post, then a culvert, before coming to rest. The truck sustained damage to the front and undercarriage
