Leroy F. Spieker, 93, a resident of Sierra County for 28 years, died on Saturday, June 19, 2021. He was born on November 30, 1927, in Carroll, Iowa to Leo and Illiene (Conroy) Spieker. Mr. Spieker was self-employed in the sporting goods manufacturing industry. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and also a member of several organizations including the American Legion Post 44 where he served as Commander, and the Moose Lodge of T. or C.
