Geraldine (Gerry) Skrdlant Simpson, 82, was remembered at a graveside service in Sidney, Ne., on Oct. 29, 2021, attended by family members.

She passed away March 2, 2020 of cancer.

Gerry was born in Sidney, NE on Oct. 29, 1939, to Jim and Alice Skrdlant. She graduated from Sidney St. Patrick Academy. She was united in marriage to Tim Simpson, had three children, Michael, Melanie and Marcella. She spent most of her life in Scottsbluff, NE. At her passing, she resided with her daughter in Virginia.
