Leyton's Warrior Basketball team has a nice 2-to-0 start for the year with victories over Kimball and Morrill over the week.

On Friday the Warriors hosted the Longhorns, and were able to build a comfortable lead early in the game, extending their advantage to 17 points by the end of the first period. Leyton continued to score well while playing good defense against the Longhorns, and went into the halftime with a solid 37-to-20 lead.
