Storm Looks For First Win

A slow start for the Creek Valley Storm Boy's Basketball team continued over the week with two more losses, to rivals Bayard and Potter-Dix. On Thursday the Storm hosted Bayard, but again had trouble scoring with regularity as the Tigers pressed on defense and built a huge 17-to-1 first period lead. The play continued with Bayard getting good looks while smothering the Storm offense, leading to a 46-to-6 halftime lead. The Tigers then cruised the rest of the way en route to a 59-to-22 victory.
