Creek Valley's Storm Track and Field team qualified two of its boys team members for the Sate Meet, and they made the trip to Omaha late last week.

Seniors Lucas Trujillo and Alex Caraveo both competed in the 800 Meter race, and Trujillo placed 14th while Caraveo placed 16th at the end of the competition.

Although neither of the boys medaled, they gave it their all, and Caraveo turned in his personal best time of 2:08.67.
