Creek Valley's Lady Storm Volleyball team started the season with losses on the road to Sutherland, Perkins County and Sioux County, but finally righted themselves with two wins in a triangular against Minatare and Hyannis at Hyannis.

First up was the Lady Indians of Minatare, a team that was also searching for its first win.
