Creek Valley's Storm Football team had two of their athletes honored with MAC Conference All-District/All-Conference Awards.

Freshman Zander Polk was named to the MAC All-District/All-Conference Second Team on Offense. He competed 44 of 99 passes for 700 yards and six touchdowns and rushed 24 times for 97 yards on the season.

Junior Seth Wilber was was named to the MAC All-District/All-Conference Second Team on Offense. He had 29 receptions for 550 yards and six touchdowns and rushed 38 times for 238 yards and one touchdown on the season.
