Sidney's Red Raider Boys Wrestling team traveled to Lexington high School on Saturday to compete at the John Higgins Invitational, and many Sidney Wrestlers had outstanding results.

Landon Hanes ended with a 5th place finish at 285 lbs to move his record to 28-and-6. Patrick McCartney also placed 5th in the 182 lb category to improve his record to 24-and-9. Zech Roggasch placed 5th at 160 lbs to improve to 26-and-6 on the year.

Sidney's Girls Wrestling team also competed at the Higgins Invite, and Izabelle Owens took first place overall at 135 lbs, while Jadyn Cottam placed second overall...
