Delta Dawn When the Light Comes On: Week Twenty-three

"Therefore, since we receive a Kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us have grace, serving God with reverence and godly fear, for our God is a consuming fire." Hebrews 12:28,29 It is simply a truth that God cannot operate in the earth without people who pray with wisdom and purpose. The Bible is our Answer Book. No matter the question or circumstance, the answer is within its pages!

Our Founding fathers and mothers, were born for such a time as they lived in. So, indeed we are blessed by their efforts to leave us a more perfect Union. John Adams, instrumental in winning the Revolutionary war, became our first U.S. Vice President and Second President. Then came 1812, and Civil War, Pearl Harbor, and 9-11. "In God we trust" remains on United States currency because these brave men and women did just that!

These are victory shouting, rejoicing, dancing-in-triumph words! We are more than conquerors because of the foundations we stand on, today. We can believe in Jesus but not follow Him. We can follow Him but not believe in Him. He IS coming, again, whether we believe it or not! Disciples, in Holy Spirit power, speaking in tongues are dangerous to the devil. We must believe, follow, and discipline ourselves, via the Word of God, making Jesus our Savior, Lord and High Priest according to the order of Melchizedek. Genesis 15 and Hebrews 6

Let us burst from comfort zones and invade darkness with Light as God's Sons!

We live in times only we can change! Raise a hallelujah for Whose we are, where we are! Needed answers are ours! Jesus said, "It is written: Man shall not live by bread, alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God." Deuteronomy 8:3; Matthew 4:4 Jehovah Yahweh, calls His people into unity of purpose so His Plan makes freedom reality! Our Founders relied on Biblical truth and promises of a Providential Being. Psalm 127:1 

An attitude of gratitude grabs Father's attention! Zephaniah 3:17: "The Lord your God is in your midst. The Mighty One will save. He will rejoice over you with gladness. He will quiet you with His love. He will rejoice over you with singing." 

Read Ephesians 5:15-21 and sing along with Him! As a child of God, our greatest power is to choose. The power behind that choice is our voice. Therefore, "There is a season, a time for every purpose under Heaven." Ecclesiastes 3:1 "Whatever you ask in My Name, that I will do, that My Father may be glorified in His Son [sons]." John 14:13. Jesus was God in the flesh. That means that He was, also, completely human. A Pattern we can confidently imitate. The devil never wins.

SO SHINE! Brighten YOUR corner of the world! "Come to Me. Walk with Me. Work with Me. Watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of Grace. Learn to live freely and rightly." Matthew 11:28 MSG.
