First WSRRA Memorial Day Ranch Bronc riding comes to aptly named Good Times Rodeo Arena in Potter

POTTER - This Western States Ranch Rodeo Association sanctioned event brought in 20 ranch bronc riders from six different states as they made their way to the small Potter arena to compete for cash and prizes.  The WSRRA show was an 8 Seconds Whisky 40-point tour stop, showcasing Barnhart Rodeo stock and it treated 150+ fun-seekers from all over to a thrilling night of close-up action under a clear and beautiful Nebraska sky.

After the event closed, the fun continued at local favorite watering hole, Bags Bar.

The Western States Ranch Rodeo Association was started in 2010 to allow the full time and average day working cowboy, and working men and women, to have an opportunity to compete in sanctioned ranch rodeo events.

8 Seconds Whisky tour stops started in 2014, when 8 Seconds Whisky became a WSRRA national sponsor to promote them as national sponsors and to promote their larger pursed sanctioned ranch bronc ridings. These tour stops are a points-based system for WSRRA carded members who place in the promoted events.
