Eunice Haag

Eunice Rezanina Haag passed away peacefully on June 2, 2023 after a prolonged battle with Parkinson's disease. She was surrounded by her loved ones. Eunice was born to Frank and Louise Brauer Rezanina on July 15, 1927, on the farm southeast of Sidney Nebraska on land homesteaded by grand and great-grandparents. She graduated from St. Patrick's Academy in Sidney class of 1943 as Salutatorian.

She married Glen Haag from Ovid, CO in 1947.

She spent almost 96 years spreading love, joy, sarcasm, and sass to any and all around her. Her favorite pastimes included gardening, reading, and she could always be found with her dog at her side.

Eunice was predeceased by her sister Francis, and her daughter Jean. She is survived by her sister Anna Faye of Riverton, WY, her brother, Tom of Casper, WY, her daughter Glenda, and 5 grandchildren, Joey, Steve, Brian, Justin, and Carey, and multiple great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed. A beautiful, loving, and strong willed woman until the very end, rest in peace.

Services were held at The Spirit of Christ Catholic Church in Arvada, Colorado on Monday, June 19th.
