Isela (Georgé) Addison passed away on July 11, 2023 in Sidney, Nebraska. She was born in El Paso Texas on July 7, 1944. When she was young her family moved to Anaheim, CA where she grew up and graduated from Anaheim Union High School.

She was known to all her family in California as "Honey" and was always busy with family, friends, and drill team in high school. Disneyland was the place to be in Anaheim, so Honey decided to work at the Chicken Pot Pie Shop where she dressed up in old-timey clothes and earned lots of tips with her cute smile. In her 20s she joined the "Gogo" craze and spent her time dancing in big white boots her brother loved to tease her about.

Honey grew up and became "Georgé". She moved to Nebraska in 1971 and spent time working at Stuart Nursing Home and managing the Low-Income Housing apartments. She served as the president, secretary, and treasurer of the American Legion Auxiliary, and participated in the Education Committee along with other community service activities in Stuart.

Georgé spent the later part of her life living in Lodgepole, NE where she worked at the high school and continued to be very active in community groups. She was a member of the Chappell Golf Club and past champion of the Chappell Ladies Golf Tournament. She greatly enjoyed golfing, especially when she could beat Gary with a great drive or overall score.

She is preceded in death by her parents Teofilo (Ted) and Manuela (Tillie) Miranda; brothers Leo, Alfonso and Rudy; and her sister Tillie Burke.

She leaves behind a brother Albert Miranda, sisters Estela Rodriguez and Alice Murillo; her daughters Denise Wise, Georgia Telford, and Samantha Glunz and their families; her husband Gary Addison and stepsons Greg, Mark, Mitch, Paul, Jay and their families.
