SIDNEY - Shortly after 2:30 p.m., on Sunday, August 13, the Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) was alerted to a motor vehicle accident with injury, approximately three miles north of Sidney, on Road 111. Per the CCSO accident report, a northbound 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis, driven by Mark Anthony Reeves, 34, of Sidney, ran off the road on the left side, overcorrected, ran off the road on the right, became partly airborne, slid sideways, rotated and flipped, coming to rest on its wheels, facing southwest. Reeves, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene.
