Richard R. “Dick” Peterson, age 77, of Sidney, passed away in Sidney on Thursday, August 24, 2023. A Military Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at Greenwood Cemetery in Sidney, NE.
