Help is available through PPHD for Healthy Resolutions

The new year offers a fresh start. For some, this means setting health goals such as losing weight, following a healthier diet, starting an exercise routine, quitting smoking or chewing, or focusing on their mental health.. 

When we start these goals, we always have good intentions, but then…life happens. Have you been there? If so, it might be time to rethink your goals for 2024. 

Panhandle Public Health District (PPHD) and Panhandle Worksite Wellness Council (PWWC) have five (5) free programs that can assist you:

• Commit to Quit (tobacco/vaping) – Visit www.quitnow.ne.gov or call 1-800-QUIT-NOW (784-8669) for resources, referrals, training, and more.
