21st Century Equipment welcomes Sidney High School senior Kayden Rogers as part of the company's AG Tech training program in conjunction with John Deere.
Kayden is a senior at Sidney High School and is the son of Beth Jallen. He will attend school at Southeast Community College in Milford, Nebraska.
The John Deere AG Tech program is a unique alliance between John Deere, John Deere dealers and various 2-year colleges across the nation. Students will graduate from the program with an Associate of Applied Science degree while also completing a cooperative work experience at a John Deere dealership.
Students gain knowledge on all aspects of John Deere products, including receiving their certifications in hydraulics, electrical and service advisor diagnostics software and developing a strong understanding of the current technologies that are available on John Deere equipment.
21st Century Equipment's Ag-Tech college program provides reimbursement for up to 100% of college tuition, books, fees, room and board, plus Snap-On tools and a toolbox.
