Humanities Nebraska (HN) is seeking nominations for the annual Sower Award in the Humanities, which recognizes an individual who has made a significant contribution to the public understanding of the humanities in Nebraska. The deadline is June 14.
The Sower Award will be presented prior to the 29th annual Governor’s Lecture in the Humanities featuring best-selling author Amy Tan, which will be held September 24, 2024 at the Lied Center for Performing Arts in Lincoln.
