    The Sidney High varsity girls’ golf team continued its hot streak down the home stretch of the season in Ogallala on Monday, placing placed second in a tournament at West Wind Golf Course. The Lady Raiders recorded a score of 387 – finishing just four strokes behind champion Scottsbluff – to stretch its streak of top-three finishes.     For the first time, the Creek Valley varsity volleyball team is off to an 8-0 start. The Storm swept the opposition in their first seven matches and then defeated Sedgwick County, three sets to one, in their most recent match last Thursday.
