    The Cheyenne County Commissioners Monday approved an agreement with Farris Engineering for installation of new water lines at the fairgrounds.     Hannah Rapp, a 2016 Sidney School graduate studying Microbiology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, was recently awarded a Study Abroad Award by the Hagan Scholarship Foundation to participate in a DIS Study Abroad Internship. The program will be held in Denmark and Sweden.
