    LODGEPOLE - Creek Valley Middle School had its last day of school Tuesday. The students leaving the 1930s building for summer vacation were the last to do so, as the building is being closed and the students are transferring to Chappell.     Sidney City Council Tuesday approved a $1 million community development block grant for Lukjan Metal Products Inc.     Sidney High School golfers capped off a hugely successful season Wednesday with a fourth place team finish at the Class B state tournament at Highlands Golf Course in Lincoln.
