    Potter-Dix's Lady Coyote Volleyball team started their season last week on the right track with a victory against Minatare. Two hard fought sets ended in the Lady Coyotes' favor, 25-to-19 and 25-to-21, to give the Lady Coyotes the 2-to-0 match victory. In the second match of the Triangular, Potter-Dix fell to the Leyton Lady Warriors 25-to-19 and 25-to-15 for the 2-to-0 loss.     Leyton's Lady Warrior Volleyball team started their 2021 season in the right way, reeling off two victories in convincing fashion. Leyton started off on the road in Minatare, matching up against the Lady Indians and the Potter-Dix Lady Coyotes. In the first match.     The Peetz Bulldogs traveled to Rush, Co. to open their season against the Miami-Yoder Bulldogs on Friday, and came away with a convincing win to start their season. After putting up 14 unanswered points in the first quarter, the Bulldogs exploded for 36 more in the second quarter to take a 50-to-0 lead going into the half.     The Creek Valley Storm have some work to do to shore up their defense and offense, as they traveled to Hay Springs for their opener and were pushed around and defeated by a score of 37-to-14.     Sidney City Manager David Scott presented the 2021-2022 budget before the council on Aug. 24. The proposal shows expenses totaling $33,584,440.
