Twenty-six new 4-H Shooting Sports instructors from across the panhandle received their certifications to teach 4-Hers best practices in archery, shotgun and rifle last weekend in Sidney. Sign ups for youth interested in archery will begin this weekend at the 4-H Carnival at the Fairgrounds on Saturday.
