NET Television kicks off collegiate baseball coverage April 2

NET Television is Nebraska’s home for collegiate baseball with seven matchups airing this spring on NET.

The first game of “Nebraska Baseball” will air at 2 p.m. CT, Saturday, April 2, on NET live from Hawks Field in Lincoln when the Nebraska Cornhuskers take on Big Ten rival Illinois.

NET Sports will also feature “Nebraska Baseball” at 2 p.m. CT, Saturday, April 9, on NET against Northwestern, also live from Hawks Field in Lincoln.

On Tuesday, April 26, NET will air “Nebraska vs. Creighton” at 6:30 p.m. CT. The matchup between the two intrastate hardball rivals will be live from TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha.

The Bluejays will also be featured in “Creighton Baseball” when Georgetown meets Creighton live from TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha at 7 p.m. CT Saturday, May 7, on NET.

On Wednesday, May 11, NET airs the Omaha Mavericks at Nebraska Huskers game live from Hawks Field at 6:30 p.m. CT.

Nebraska takes on Penn State at 2 p.m. CT Saturday, May 14, on NET as “Nebraska Baseball” concludes with this Big Ten contest.

The Creighton baseball games against Nebraska and Georgetown will also be streamed live on NET’s website at netNebraska.org and on the NET Nebraska App.
