Leyton's boys basketball steam struggled against non-conference opponents opening the 2018 portion of the the season. Three consecutive losses by the Warriors have dropped their season record to 2-9 overall (2-2 within district). The tough stretch by the Warriors shows they have a lot of work and adjustments to make if they are to be competitive in next week's upcoming Minuteman Activities Conference (MAC) Basketball Tournament.
The Warriors played their first game out of the holiday break last Thursday against the visiting Haxtun, CO Fightin' Bulldogs.
