A Kimball woman was arrested Oct. 4 on charges related to an assault with a BB gun at the Kimball Motel.
Police were called to the motel at about 11:33 p.m., in response to a call from a woman reporting she had heard six gunshots while visiting the Kimball Motel. According to the arrest affidavit, the reporting individual was Shirrin Shaifpour, 37. Officers arrived at the Kimball Motel, the desk clerk advised officers of a room rented to a person with the last name of Sharifpour. Officers met an elderly woman outside of the hotel room.
