A Cheyenne, Wyo., woman and a Gillette, Wyo., man were arrested Dec. 14 in the 3000 block of Silverberg Drive after police responded to a report of a theft.
Sidney Police responded to a report of a shoplifting incident at Walmart, 3001 Silverberg Drive, at about 11:40 a.m. Dec. 14. According to the arrest affidavit, dispatch reported a female was involved and had left the store and was in a Dodge Ram pickup truck.
