A Crook, Colo., man died Sunday, Jan. 12, in a single-vehicle accident at Nebraska Highway 19A and Cheyenne County Road 113.
Charles E. Hartsfield, 44, of Crook, Colo., was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado north on Cheyenne County Road 113, approaching Highway 19A, when it left the road and rolled 2 ½ times., ejecting the driver. Hartsfield died at the scene, according to a report from the Sidney Police Department....
