    The Cheyenne County Board of Commissioners and Equalization Board met Tuesday morning with a light agenda. The meeting began with approving the minutes of the previous and the review and payment of claims.     Charlotte Ann Lodes, 92, passed away on February 10,2024 in Ridgway, Colorado, at the home of her daughter, Kristi, surrounded by many of her loved ones. Charlotte was born in Mitchell, Nebraska on November 27,1931 to Horace (Jeff) and Thelma Blackburn. She grew up on her family's farm outside of Mitchell and graduated from Liberty High School.
